I am an experienced laboratory and operations leader with more than 20 years of experience across biomedical science, research laboratories, quality control and laboratory operations.
Throughout my career, I have worked across NHS, biotechnology and regulated laboratory environments, combining scientific expertise with practical experience in laboratory operations, health and safety, biosafety, quality systems, facilities, procurement, supplier management and continuous improvement.My experience has given me a unique understanding of the challenges faced by laboratories at different stages from establishing the right infrastructure and systems, through to managing growing laboratory operations and maintaining safety, quality and compliance.
I particularly enjoy turning complex laboratory requirements into practical, well-organised systems that work for scientists and the wider organisation.
